Vintage Imperial Glass Atterbury Covered Lion Dish
*           Figural Majestic Lion Perched at top of Lid
*           Crystal Gloss with Satin Accents on Lion and Around Bottom
*           6 ¾”, 5 ½” wide, 7 ½” long
*           Dancing Sailor design around top of base
*           1950 to 1965
*           Embossed on inside of lid and on bottom with: IG
*           Also Embossed on inside on bottom with: Pat’d. Aug. 6 1889
*           Made in USA

The Imperial Glass Company made this covered lion dish that is a former Atterbury mould.  This covered lion is featured in the book by National Imperial Glass Collectors Society called
“Imperial Glass Book”
Volume I.
The covered lion is in good condition with
no
staining, scratches, chips or cracks. There are a few bubbles in the glass. We are a non-smoking home/shop and there are no odors on this piece.
