The leaflet was categorized as SP-931.  SP = Special Projects.
Size: about 4 7/8" X 7 1/4"
This is original and authentic. The original owner was then Brigadier General John Freund, who
was, at that time, the Army Assistant Director JUSPAO (Joint US Public Affairs Office), in charge of all US and ARVN military psychological warfare operations in Vietnam (1965-1966).  Some information about Major General Freund is available on wikipedia.
Condition is used but very good, considering age and fragile nature of this paper.  See photos.
