Vietnam War - Five Flag Safe Conduct Pass. An original, propaganda leaflet encouraging the enemy to defect and assuring him that he will be treated fairly and his life and safety are guaranteed.
These Five Flag Safe Conduct Passes were produced before 1967.  Of course, the printed number on the back will be different on each pass.
Condition is used but very good for age. No rips, no tears. May have very minor wear to edge. Upper right corner has very small white area (appears to be where color did not take during original printing).
Selling 10 - all are the same general, very good condition as the one in the photos - very good for age.
Will be mailed using regular envelope, regular USPS mail - no tracking and no insurance - due to value of item. Postage - .00
