Large Fossil Mako Shark Tooth 1.5+ Inches Isurus Oxyrinchus!! Megalodon Era!

Hi all,
This is a Large fossil Shark Tooth from the Short Fin Mako (
Isurus
oxyrinchus
) from North Carolina! The tooth is over 1.5 inches along it's longest edge! The tooth is in near perfect condition with no repair or restoration with fantastic enamel and a very robust root, the only damage is a little feeding wear and a small chip in the root!

) The Shortfin Mako Shark is the fastest known living shark, capable of swimming over 40 mph (65 kmph). It grows to over 10 feet (3 meters) in length and primarily feeds on fast swimming fish in the open ocean. The shark that this tooth came from would have been WELL over 10 feet and 1000 pounds!
