    You are looking at a Very Rare and Authentic Indochine  Saigon Annee Document  bi-lingual French and Vietnamese with photo of subject 1956 Extremely Rare-indicating this individual was a scholar and a faculty member in the science department.
    These kinds of documents are increasingly harder to find. This student id  is from the Vietnamese American Association. When folded the document measures 12.5 cm x 16 cm and when opened. The document is yellowing from age and to be considered fragile.The subject photograph is in good condition and his face can be seen clearly..
